Hotel Dekat The Christmas Shop

"always stay here. great staff, breakfast and room."

"Clean spacious room. Staff was very helpful. My only issue is that the sheets were too big for the bed and did not stay on. Otherwise, great stay!"

"The recent positive reviews are extremely perplexing! Room was not clean (big cobwebs hanging from ceiling), room smelled, wallpaper peeling off walls throughout, there was a hole in the wall, stains on the walls, air/ heating unit was loud and rattled throughout the night and finally NO hot water. Do not be fooled - this is not an “Inn”. It is a motel and not a very nice one at that!"

"The staff the rooms the atmosphere location the FOOD. Well deserved best hotel in the state by far."

"Our room was very clean. They had an excellent breakfast with much to choose from."

"We rented the room for the jetted hot tub, which worked great. We paid $182, which is about the same in comparison to other places. The only downfall compared to other motels we stayed at to this place is they did not offer coffee a machine, ice machine, no blow dryer. Very basic. It was also very loud outside and above us."

"The Inn was beautiful, and the property and surrounding views were lovely and very well maintained. However, I was disappointed the bathroom door did not shut all the way and there was mold in the shower. Their was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest, There was no coffee provided in the rooms, so guests had to go too the common area, only to find decaf coffee and hot chocolate available. While I truly appreciated the beauty and atmosphere of the property. I do wish there would...

"No waste basket in the room. No heat in the room. There was not even a heat source in the room. Bed covering had several burn holes in it. TV didn’t work. Very poor parking. Had to park on the street, which was littered with broken asphalt and broken glass. The staff was helpful, though."
