"Most things were great. No room cleaning at all for 3 days was a little bit much. I had to get rid of trash myself as we ll as getting towels etc."

"Staff were to helpful. Cookies and water in the afternoons. Champagne and crackers and cheese on Friday night! Lovely. Everyone held the doors, people were always cleaning. Just lovely "

"The check in line was horrible. Over an hour and half wait time. Then the room was wrong and where I had booked under hotels.com the property would t work with hotels .com to fix it. The communication between employees wasn’t great and everyone seemed rushed. Parking sucks. But overall the pools and easy access to the beach was great. Gift shop a little overpriced but not too bad and you have to request extra towels and to have your room serviced "

"This is our second visit to this property. The service and interaction with some staff was not as good as the first time but superior to most . Clean and well kept facility. Love the included breakfast buffet and afternoon get together. Would recommend this hotel to everyone."
