Only one elevator was functioning for a large number of guests, which caused long delays. The photos online do not match the actual condition of the property at all. "Take the rug up from the rooms, it was stained and just felt icky…. Otherwise room was ok. Pool area seemed dark and gloomy ..:. I didn’t even try it that’s how bad it was and I stayed there to have a pool so go figure 😫😫 I loved the restaurant and the bar oh and the complimentary cookies when u first walk in"

"We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The internet was spot on. The only issue I had was with the bathroom sink. The drainage was clogged, so the the water went down very slow. The faucet was placed too far back on the sink, which made it very awkward to wash your hands properly. Will definitely come back."
