"The stay blew away our expectations. We got a suite instead of a single room. The staff were probably the friendliest people in Copenhagen. The views of the canal out the window, the details paid to everything (the hidden fridge), the great water pressure. It's been years, maybe decades since a hotel impressed me as much as our stay at the Kanalhuset did."

"Loved my junior suite, well appointed, clean, quiet and efficient! The staff was attentive, very pleasant and helpful. I used the gym facilities, clean and nice. "Fabulous spacious 2 level apartment Big enough rooms and good dining table area in the middle + Lovely soft pillows, spacious apartment, big fridge and nice big showers and towels. No keys as electronic door lock. Stylish and simple design.. 1 set of coffee pods.. kitchen just big enough - not so good was the narrow spiral staircase to go up and down.. the TV wasn't where the open area was..but we didn't really watch the TV so ok. No Aircon but we didn't need it "

"I did not expect to have a room in what used to be an attic, this was not explained or shown in the time of choosing a room, there was no air conditioning, we had the noice of the street, and it was unbearable, the room had o height in one side for 8’ and about five in the window side, we have to bend over to reach the other side of the bad, this was not for me"
