"The hotel is right at the harbour, with fantastic views. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything. Very good value for money. The gas fireplace is a great bonus. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Sunrise right from your window, or go outside and see fishermen already there an hour before sunrise. I wish they cleaned the windows."

"The location was fantastic and walking distance to the Blue Mountain Village and surrounding small cities. The space itself was fairly clean and cozy. The property rental company was really easy to communicate with and was very helpful. The link the property rental company sent after we booked said there was a village shuttle available, however, when we went there, it wasn’t available (perhaps it’s a summer thing). The one thing that we were a little surprised by was during checkout. Checkout was 11am and we were maybe 10 minutes late getting out of the property. The cleaners showed up and entered the unit around 11:05 and made us feel very rushed. Understandably, we were a few minutes late getting out, however, cleaning up and trying to complete as much of the check out requests from the host did take some time resulting in us running a bit late. Because of this, we weren’t able to complete the whole checklist as it felt like we were delaying the cleaning team. It would have been nice if maybe the cleanup staff showed up at 11:30ish, giving visitors a slight window and still having that privacy. Again, we were definitely a bit late based on the hosts check out time, but showing up at 11:05 still seemed too rushed. Overall, still a great place to stay and would definitely recommend."

"It’s always nice to be treated by the front office staff and be remembered, Check in is easy and informative. Parking is great, lots of space. Our favourite groundsman Ian is always a pleasure and informative as well as helpful. Always look forward to our stay. They could use two more umbrellas at the adult pool and a few lounge cushions missing.Rooms always clean and see that upgrades are constantly being done. Some of the guests don’t understand adult hot tub for adults and a kind reminder by staff took care of the noise and crowding. The screen doors a little squeaky and tend to slam when people forget others are below other than that a great place to stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay.. it was perfect for a little family vacation with our adult children and our 18month old granddaughter.. it had everything we could need and was spacious for together time and also lovely rooms for quiet time too.. close to the village but away just enough that it’s not crazy. Would definitely stay again!"
