"The property is nice and the view is amazing but the staff doesn’t really communicating."

"The staff were kind. Let's start with the fact that right off the bat, there was a problem with my original room. #1 no balcony # 2 the mini fridge was frozen solid. #3 no sea View. #4 no microwave. The booking described the original room as having a balcony, it did not. The mini fridge was the smallest I've ever seen, and when I opened it I saw it was frozen solid in a block of ice. Room was shabby. I had to argue with the front staff for another room, which they did finnaly agree to, this room had a balcony but no microwave or smart TV. The fridge was bigger so that was a blessing. The TV was working but no Netflix, prime etc. The cleaning staff were solid, but the second room was old too."

"There was problem checking in, attended all Thai, neglected me, for 2hours. Thought it included breakfast, told hotel does not serve breakfast. Room,,,,,no coffee, no safe, only shampoo and toilet paper in bathroom. Has kettle , 2 cups. No spoons. Included only 2 towels. Aircon fine. Nothing else included. Not happy. Location fine, 7 11 next door. "

"So busy. Full of children. Public holiday so to be expected but buzzers and half hour waiting for breakfast. We didn’t bother going in the end. Evening turndown and tidy sometimes happened sometimes didn’t. Lovely hotel but if full, a nightmare. Probably wouldn’t go back. "

"Beautiful old hotel, I booked the Conner room (top floor, the view was stunning). Everything was excellent, the pool was stunning, but the restaurant we pricy. Many better options in walking distance. Definitely staying again! "
