"Everything was great about this hotel, but service was genuinely really really really bad, they would take so long to organize a room before check in even during eid they have bad management when this is common during holidays they should know during holidays theres high demand, whenever we ask for something from room service they would take 2-3 hours to bring something, other than that theres a beach kit which is 25 dhs for an umbrella to use at the beach, this shouldn't be chargeable, this...

"Penthouse suite wonderful, huge, very clean, would definitely visit again. Restaurant, clean, bright but had the feel of a canteen, not quite right for evening meal. The food was tasty but they tend to stick to the same cakes for dessert, not much other choice. Would come again but only have self catering or B & B."

"Just returned from a great 9 days stay at Movenpick hotel Jumeirah beach and i was very satisfied. The hotel is not new but still has it's good quality looks and charm, i had half board the breakfast was good and the lunch/dinner also good although I expected the food quality and choices to be better for a 5 stars hotel. "The staff at the hotel are amazing. They go above and beyond what is required of them. The hotel is so clean and well maintained and the gym is amazing. My only moan about five lux is the fact you gave up pay 1000 dir to sit the closest the pool. You do get to have this back on booze and food but for someone who doesn’t drink it’s a waste of time. I really feel this should be looked at for returning guests like myself. It’s expensive and unfair."
