"A large clean room and very quiet. Bed very comfortable. We didn’t use the restaurant this time. Next time we’ll plan to eat here during our stay. "

"I booked a short trip to Armidale as my daughter had an interview for medicine program in University of New England. Check out rule as normal at 10 am but I had an important meeting from 11am to 1 pm. The hotel (receptionist and cleaner) was so kind to let me stay in the room for the meeting (so I can use wifi). I also stayed later in the kitchen to continue my work. Thank you for helping me to complete my work. "

"Had booked the room through expenditure had booked for 3 adults 1x2year old room only was made up for 2 adults even cutlery and plates etc wasnt a problem to get the extra sheets and towels that i need for our other adult and the 2year old waa allowed to get into room early as we had travelled to go to a funeral and we were ok to get in early to freshen up "

"The hotel is within walking distance of the town and has the added advantage of having one of the town's best restaurants. It is a good location to view nearby national parks."

"Excellent stay again Clean room and breakfast and dinner with wine were delicious. The only thing is that there are hooks missing off the curtains which need a little attention to make the room look even nicer. The homestead and gardens are amazing to walk around and sit in. Thank you so much"
