"My cousins and I were in town to see the Chicago Cubs play the St Louis Cardinals. This Hampton Inn & Suites was the perfect place to stay for the night. It is about a 20-minute Uber ride to the park but worked really well for us. It was very clean. The room was clean. The lobby was clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good and quite delicious. The lady who worked at breakfast, I did not catch her name, was so kind and sweet. I always look for clean hotels and this one definitely was...

"It looks as if the property is undergoing a renovation. But it was still worthy of the stay. The renovation was not disruptive, or unsightly. Lots of parking close to a lot of different restaurants. Not far off the interstate as well. Would definitely book there again. "

"We broke down on the way to this location and the property staff would not even work with us on a refund and or even a credit for a booking in the future. I was able to provide proof of a required tow we needed to have and they didnt seem to care."

"Stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham Pevely recently. The location was convenient if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night. That said, the cleanliness could definitely be improved, and the room wasn’t as presentable as expected. It served its purpose as a place to lay your head, but I do think more attention to housekeeping and room upkeep would make a big difference."

"Absolutely disgusting, batteries even in the fire alarm didnt work. Paint peeling, dead smashed bugs on the wall, weed smoked all over the 3rd floor, it was basically a trap hotel."

The property is clearly old and neglected—the hallway had a persistent, unpleasant smell, the carpet in the room looked decades old, and the towels and bed cover carried a musty odor. To make matters worse, the microwave didn’t work, the TV had only a handful of channels, and the online photos bore little resemblance to the tired, worn-down reality we walked into. We would not stay here again unless absolutely forced to, and...

"They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay."

"The rooms were dirty and smelled of sweat or body order. There was always a smell of cigarettes and Marijuana the halls and in the rooms we kept the windows open the whole stay so that we could get fresh air. There was trash bags in the hallway on the 3rd floor and chairs in the stairwell. The elevator was dirty and they had boxes stacked right by the entrance/exit.
