"Fabulous location right by the lake and close to restaurants . The manager Phu and his wife were really friendly and will help you if need any advice or booking cabs etc..The room were very quiet and clean. A really good choice for anyone coming to Ninh Binh."

"Perfect"

"The staff were fabulous, the rooms and amenities are cleanand the meals were fresh. They booked tours and transfers for us, we rented a moped from the retreat for the day, they're 10mins for Hoa Lu, our stay was very peaceful."

"This property was an absolute gem! I felt like I was in a fairytale. Very relaxing! The hospitality was exceptional! Our guide did an excellent job of taking us to the local spots! I highly recommend for a quiet stay!"

"Our room was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay at the Tam Coc Bungalow. The location was perfect and hope to visit again in the future. "

"Excellent host who took care of all our needs. the location is probably the best there is in the area and close to loads of shops too. The host also owns a coffee shop with some stunning views. Overall one of my best stays in a while."

"Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. Maybe it didn’t help that we arrived at night, but the street was deserted with no street lamps and only 2 places to eat including an overpriced pizza place. The room was run down and smelt of excrement, probably because of the bathroom which is...

"This was my first homestay and I was not sure what to expect. The family really looked after me and made me feel right at home, I loved spending time here and found it a quick 5 minute walk to the Main Street of food places and cafes in the town. "

"Personnel gentil et serviable. Hôtel neuf dont les communs sont non encore finis. Chambre très confortable."

"We had a great time. Location is perfect with a magical view and a lot of things to explore. Hotel pool was the perfect place for relaxing and food was good. "

"I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....

"Staff are super nice and there’s Free bikes to use. You can bike to hang mua and even bich dong pagoda. Wish there was a safe box. Plus the sink clogged a lot where we had to manual unclog it and we could hear rats or some rodent in the walls at night which woke me up at night. "

"Right by the busy street but a 5 minute walk and so quite around the property. The staff were also really helpful and would go out of their way to help you."
