1. Huyen Anh Hotel

Vinh Thanh

"Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all...

Top Thai Nguyen Province Hotel Reviews

Noi Bai Horizon Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Perfect airport hotel minutes from the airport. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are great size and very clean Highly recommend if you need a hotel right by the airport"

Success Airport Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

Westlake Pearl Suites - By Pegasy Group

8/10 Good

"The best thing was the breakfast, I absolutely loved it. There is only one thing they could have improved on, and that would be to put a choice of cereal out. Not the little offering they they did put out. The next complaint I have is our room didn't have a window, so you were in a artificially lit room and you had no idea what the weather was like, and in the rainy season it helps to know. But I have no real complaints, I would stay here again but I would make sure I have a window."

Dragon Airport Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was perfect for my one-night stay in Hanoi. The staff was very helpful in helping to arrange my shuttle ride from the Noi Bai International Airport to the Dragon Airport Hotel. the driver was friendly and professional, and the ride was short to the hotel, which was a nice treat following a long flight. The attendants on site upon arrival to the hotel were helpful: one met me at the shuttle car and carried my luggage for me up the stairs and up to my hotel room after check-in. The room had an air conditioner and a fan, which were both helpful in keeping the room nice and cool. Bottled water was provided in the room and clean towels and an overall lovely vibe. The staff also arranged a shuttle ride for me to the airport the following morning, and the attendants once again helped me carry my luggage down the stairs and to the shuttle car. The location is convenient to shops and food. The room was nice and quiet and had thick curtains which kept the room nice and dark for great sleep throughout the night. I am thankful for such a wonderful experience and blessing to have such an affordable stay for my first night in Vietnam."
