"Arrival at the property was disappointing. It took a while to get hold of the lodge manager , as no one was at the gate to open. Dispute notices about dangerous animals, I was still expected to get out of the car and open the gate, same at check out too. This was is irresponsible as if puts guests in danger! "The reserve was stunning. Saw plenty of wildlife despite relatively low game density. The food was great considering the size of the buffet. The property was nice but maybe too modern for a true safari experience. I was most disappointed that it wasn’t as family friendly as advertised. The child center was under construction, the pools were not heated, there were no activities for young children nor was there food catered towards young children. "

"Our experience at this place was amazing. The food was top-notch. They tailored the food to my wife’s dietary restrictions. We got to see so many animals. our ranger did everything he could make sure we see everything especially the Big 5. The staff were some of the nicest most helpful people we’ve met.
