Lovely, clean, Mayan-inspired rooms and a helpful team! The location is a bit out of town and I don’t recommend walking there at night due to a few reactive dogs in the neighborhood, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, just something to be aware of!

Shambalanté staff is extraordinary and wonderful. They kept track of our arrival since the airport until we got there. They explained everything, they offered us natural lemonade, pecans and natural made cookies. The place is absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is supreme.

Air conditioning was awful. The rooms would turn off and the living room didn’t have it. The kitchen is just set up as a decoration. You can’t even use it.
