I loved the property and the staff. The only thing I was surprised by was the exorbitant pet fee. Most pets do less damage than children and they don’t charge extra for children. This will cause me to think twice about coming back. We paid almost as much for the dogs as we did for the room and they don’t need a bed, Disappointing 😢

Bed was very comfy. Room was very clean. Didn’t like the led lightbulbs. They made the room feel sterile but only in lighting. Otherwise the room was excellent. Warm lightbulbs would make the room feel cozy.

When arriving I was told there would be a pet fee of $$$$ very high price for a teacup Yorky that weighs 2 pounds. That was not noted when booking. Then they refused to refund my money even though I went somewhere else.

We came in town for a funeral and this hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and inviting. The set up the room was great. Considering what we came in town for, coming back to the hotel everyday was great.

Pool was closed when we got there, it was th only reason we booked this hotel. Breakfast was the worst I have ever head. Milk was watered down and warm, no batter for waffles, very bad

The refrigerator was frozen up and not working when we got there. I called downstairs but she couldn’t do anything because she was there by herself. We unplugged it, it defrosted and started working but was freezing up by the next morning. I told the desk clerk about it when I left, so they could fix it. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine when it was running so we had to turn it off for the night. The bed slept good. There needed to be more plug ins.
