Parking lot area did not feel safe. Several different folks hanging around outside the building at different times. There was no dining. Coffee in the lobby and instant oatmeal to take away.

I grew up in this town, came back to stay for a visit and I have never seen anything so ghetto in Tewksbury. There were a lot of families living in the extended stay with lots of kids and babies. It was noisy for most of the night. People were cooking with their door open to the hallway making the hallway smell. The room itself wasn't cleaned properly, like the staff doesn't vacuum under the beds, had a huge hair ball roll out from under one of the beds. The "free breakfast" was literally a couple of gronola bars. This place made me sad to see what's become of the town. Save your money and stay at one of the better places in town.

We checked into Extended Stay, and checked out one hour later. The room particularly the fridge was not clean. The room was in need of a few repairs. As a family with a young child we did not feel safe or comfortable staying here unfortunately.

The only seat was torn and very worn. There was mold on the furnishings. Tub was chipped in several places. The window screen was pushed out. Floor/wall molding was torn off the wall. Refrigerator door was filthy. Walls were filthy. Entire floor was sticky to walk on. Pet kennels are better maintained. I have pics if anyone is interested but I doubt it. Showed to staff who seemed pretty disinterested

Won’t go again unless I have no other option
Other people staying there we’re running through the halls and talking loudly we’ll past “quiet hours” and we were a few doors down from people with wailing children who had the door to their room propped open almost all night.

The 2 bed room we booked was ‘exchanged’ for a single queen ADA room. The rooms are horribly lit with ugly fluorescents and the bathroom ceiling was moldy. The adjustable shower head was tied up by string as the clamp was probably worn out. There were no glasses in the room for water. The bed came with 3 very flat pillows. And the place stinks! Best thing to say was we found no bugs.

I selected a non smoking room but the room smelled horribly of smoke including the linens. The toilet around the floor had clearly not been cleaned for some time. The front desk clerk did not seem phased by my complaint and did nothing to respond to it. Very disappointed!

The hotel had a musty smell in the halls and room. Hotel says free breakfast. A grab and go breakfast with (breakfast bars-prepackaged mini muffins - instant oatmeal and lousy coffee with no regular creamer) is not a real breakfast. If we did want something, we had to bring it tom our room. Don't know the situation there but people were hanging.around the lobby and parking lots. There was a large group when we returned late playing loud music and grilling in the rear parking lot. No toiletries in the bathroom and the phone did not work. Will never stay here again.
