"Everything was great and the staff were very accommodating"

"It was clean, quiet and for our purposes perfect. If you are vacationing there is nothing to do, we were in for a family event in the area so it was close to everything in Tewksbury. There is a cracker barrel right there with wonderful staff. The breakfast is very good and they have coffee and tea avail day and night. Everything is well maintained."

"When checking in I asked to placed in the front of the hotel staff said I was. I was placed to the side where electrical wiring and cell towers were. That really concerned me very much. I didn’t get much sleep people next door were banging on the walls and children kept running and screaming down the halls. We didn’t swim as the water didn’t look clean. When you met staff around they didn’t say anything I had to say good morning or good afternoon have a nice day. I don’t believe I would book...

"Nice property. Good location. Relaxing and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious and the TV in the room was great."

"The room was very clean and larger than I expected. The kitchen was complete with a full refrigerator, sink, and dishes. It was quiet, and breakfast was great. I would stay here again, unquestionably."

"Breakfast was good and the room was clean. The pool was a bit smaller than expected and it only open in the evening. But they do have lifeguard there."

"The kitchen was equipped for light cooking. There is a walking area outside. Walking outside of the back entrance the grounds were littered with cigarette butts which are not friendly to dogs. You pay almost as much for the pet fee as you do for the nights stay the grounds should be monitored for cleanliness for people and pets. The area is great. "

"Hi, my stay at Double Tree/Hilton Andover overall was good. The Hotel itself was was lovely, neat and clean. The spacious room was very neat and clean. I had trouble sleeping with such soft pillows, even when placing three pillows on top of each other. Also traveling with a seeing/walking impared person, it was difficult to enter the Hotel with the circular entry door. Only one person can fit in the small circular space. "Of the three hotels I have stayed at in North Andover, this one is the cleanest and most convenient for me. Wish the prices would always be what I paid for this last 2 day stay, it would save me from having to go to the other hotels when I come up once per month for two days at a time."
