Vor Ort wurde uns jedoch nur ein Einzelbett bereitgestellt, das für zwei Personen zu eng war und nicht genutzt werden konnte. Das Hotel behauptet, dass dies „wie beim letzten Aufenthalt“ sei. Dies ist nicht korrekt. Beim letzten Aufenthalt war das Zimmer tatsächlich passend für zwei Personen, sonst hätte ich dort nicht erneut gebucht. Da die gebuchte Leistung nicht wie vereinbart erbracht wurde"

"Das Haus ist uralt. Ab 18 Uhr ist keiner mehr da zum Check in. Im Zimmer gibt es helle Gardinen man kann nichts abdunkeln. Die Matratzen schrecklich. Sowas habe ich nicht gesehen. Ein alter DDR bunker im Schwabenland. Unverschämt, dass als hotel zu bezeichnen. Und hellhörig ist es auch. Das ist das schlimmste hotel meiner 11 jährigen Außendienst-Tätigkeit gewesen. "
