Drop your bags off at the Plum, and for a fee they will deliver it and return to the Plum when you leave. The Plum is right across from the ferry terminal. Quite a few steps up to the room and we did not see an elevator. There is a back way in, however, that should be good. A lovely visit and wonderful stay. Thank you!"

"There is no free parking. If you go by car, the parking is 1,000 yen paid in cash, in advance. That would have been good to know. The hotel is under some construction now, so it was a little messy."

"The room was oddly shaped like a L and the toilet was one step too elevated to be safe. Nighttime toilet visits could get dangerous if you misstep in your sleepiness. The room opens up into a narrow corridor with the bed right at the end in a bigger space. Other than that, the location is splendid and shopping/food is readily available nearby, in fact BIC is just below the hotel. Good for a night's stay. Hotel staff are very helpful and speak English well. Pls continue with your excellent service. PS: To enter the hotel, turn right at the junction when you cross over from the train station and go round the building until you arrive at the hotel lobby. "
