We were unable to shower due to the water being scolding hot there was no cold water whatsoever you couldn't adjust the water temperature at all we went to the office and reported it they said they would call maintenance no one ever showed up to fix it. I had a 98.11 charge from Days in on my card they said it was not them that it was Expedia, Expedia had already charged me for the room I showed the front desk the charges that were made the one from Expedia and then the 98.11 charge from them they still said it was not them. The phone in the room didn't work i had to use my cellphone to call the front desk they would answer i told them who i was and what room I was in and got hung up on multiple times this was an awful experience never again will i use Expedia or stay at day's in i will go back to reserving my rooms and car rentals directly through the hotels and enterprise. I'm very very unhappy with the 98.11 charge on my credit card and the fact the we were unable to shower.
