"The staff made up for the fact the hotel building is a bit dated. Very clean, fantastic breakfast, close to Serpong train station and newer/modern Aeon Mall BSD City. Special thanks to Yudi, Edy, Dina, Asya and Rahmat and the rest of the staff that I didn't get names. Very professional and well managed. Thank you for 6 nights, would book again."

Only thing is that the hotel insisted me to pay IDR 1m upon my arrival as they did not receive the payment I have made through hotels.com even I show them my purchase receipt.
