"We reserved this hotel and totally regretted after we got to the property. It is absolutely not as described. We were vey disappointed with the hotel and also expedia customer service. This place did not feel safe at all, we contacted expedia customer service to cancel and get a refund. After a long conversation with the agent, he tried communicating with the front desk of this hotel which seemed almost impossible. I also made several attempts to communicate with them by phone, email and had no response. We had 4 rooms reserved, despite the loss of money for all rooms we all decided to leave the property to go rent somewhere else. I insisted expedia to get a full refund for not staying in this property but they denied it. "

"The staff were great and helpful, rooms super clean and very comfortable beds, they have a nice roof top with pool where you can see the town, the pool was well maintained and provided everything we needed. There’s a restaurant in front of the hotel that serves great food and the lady was so sweet, I’m definitely coming back to this hotel next time I visit "
