"They were very prompt and helpful. When needed? Very pleasant. And knowledgeable during registering for the room. Thankful for their helpfulness and pleasant demeanor during our interactions. I will definitely stay there again."

"We rented a room in the main lodge, it was much larger than a typical hotel room. Large bathroom, with separate mirror/ vanity area outside the bathroom for getting ready. Balcony with amazing lake views."

"Clean rooms and the lady in the office was very helpful and kind. Would stay here again."

"The reservation process was messed up. The app put in some random dates. I had put in the days I wanted. Then I got interrupted and had to start over. The app put in the wrong dates and I didn’t catch it. Im future I will use another app"

"There is a sign at the front door saying no pets allowed."

"The tub surround of the shower area was moldy as well as the grout in between the tile. Some bleach and a scrub brush could be very helpful. The corners of the room had plenty of settled dust, dead bugs and hair – telling me that the room certainly wasn't deep cleaned in between guests."

"Fantastic place to stay right on the lake in Bemidji. Place is clean, staff are friendly. The pool/hot tub area stays open until midnight which is great. Would stay again if in town!"
