"This is my 2nd time staying here. The first time was 2019. Overall, it is easy check in instructions, took bus from Hallstatt city with bus number 543 is easy. The balcony with lake view is perfect. Just that the room doesn't have washroom inside but there are shower room. Kind of weird but it's ok. The room is clean and the view is excellent. The reception man & women is friendly as she help me to take some photos coz I travel alone. The environment is good, can have a chill walk in the evening and it is not too noisy compared to Hallstatt city which I like this place. Just one disappointment that the hotel unable to issue me the tourist public transportation pass. He said he can only do it if I stay 3 nights, which I feel a bit unfair. Thus, I need to take bus which cost €2.80 each way to go Hallstatt city."
