"We stayed as a family with 2 kids. I was misled by the word ‘Spa’ in the name. There is no spa. These are cheaply renovated apartments. Very much low end. Luckily we only stayed 1 night."

"A great place to stay which was easily within walking distance to Europa Park, nearby supermarkets and excellent public transport. A microwave would’ve been nice but not essential as we managed nicely with the electric hobs. The beds were very comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. "We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "Probably wouldn’t recommend. Firstly, there was no microwave. This was not a major issue but just an inconvenience because we were able to heat up food via the oven. My wife was very displeased with the fact that we adopted a used sponge for the dishes. The stovetop was very uncooperative and took forever to heat up and never heated to a boil for water. "My daughter and I stayed here for one night while we were visiting Europa Park. We honestly loved everything about our stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and modern, and the vibe of the lobby was funky and fun!
