Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not.

Good base for a cycling training holiday
All of the staff were really friendly, polite and helpful from arrival to departure. I arrived after dinner had finished for the day but they had made me 2 plates of salad plus meat, bread, cheese and put it in my kitchen fridge which was very nice after a day of travelling. I came for a solo cycling training holiday and the hotel was great for that, amazing secure bike storage room, fully stocked with tools, pump, storage space for bike boxes. Much better than trying to take bikes in lifts /storing on hotel room balconies as is typical! The public areas were modern and stylish, breakfast buffet had elements that varied daily and particularly good bread and croissants. The dinner buffet had a couple of options a night which were typically healthy and tasty and the soups were very good. There is no hotel bar, but you can get drinks with dinner and the reception sells food, water, beers / wines /spirits around the clock too. My room was an apartment with patio, kitchenette, living/dining room, twin bedroom with lots of storage and toilet/shower room; so space was excellent. Rooms were not as modern as the public areas but were clean and neat. Location-wise the hotel is not in a touristy area, it has no dedicated parking but I never had an issue parking in the free public parking within 2 mins walk of the entrance. There is a small local town with shops, bars, restaurants about 5 minutes walk away and bigger Los Realejos about 15 minutes but all uphill!

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Great location away from the usual tourist hotspots. Good local bus service into Puerta de la Cruz. Within walking distance of several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

Excellent Room with balcony was open planned with fridge, microwave, cooker, dinning area, flat screen tv, & nice shower. Good apartment style room! The Gym was very good especially for a hotel and had the essential equipment for a good work out! Real Nice Breakfast and Dinner Staff was Nice and Guys on reception;s English was good and they was really helpful. Location was quite with a couple of food places and shops near so this place is a good chill out spot or ideal if you wanted to get some work done.

Northern Tenerife trip
This hotel looks from the outside a little plain. However it is an oasis of calm with quiet clean spacious apartments over looking beautiful gardens with a good pool. The staff are so helpful and will help you tailor the type of holiday you want. It's so clean. The buffet breakfast included is different every day, great selection of fruits, cooked food and cold meats. You really could not ask for more. The sitting area is one you can actually use, it is so so comfortable unlike some many hotels. The parking is on the street but it is quiet and safe. This hotel is well placed for TF5 and TF82. You are very close to lovely Puerto Cruz and La Orotava. I will come back again. Love it.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in dem Hotel. Es verfügt über einen beheizten Pool, sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, leider nicht immer tadellos sauber. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ok. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Es gibt typische spansiche und kanarische Gerichte, die von Tag zu Tag wechseln. Da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und viele sprechen auch deutsch. In den Seitenstraßen haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden.

They keep the pool at a nice temperature, so even in January you can enjoy swimming. They provide bath towels at reception. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The cleaning staff is thorough & friendly.

Auch für Nicht-Aktive bestens geeignet
Unterkunft nett eingerichtet und ausreichend. Frühstück abwechslungsreich und frisch. Im Hotel ist alles eher zweckmäßig und Sportler haben einen Fitnessraum und der Pool ist zum Schwimmen ausreichend. Die ganze Anlage kommt ohne großen Schnickschnack, Animation und Ähnlichem aus. Ganz solide und eine der guten Drei Sterne Hotels. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat und das Parken am Anfang auf den recht steilen Straßen für den einen oder anderen ungewohnt ist.

No puedo mentir, en cuanto llegamos el alojamiento me pareció horrible, ( hasta llegar a la habitación una obras inacabadas, todo viejo cuando te dirijas a tu apartamento, dentro?? Bueno no es un 4-5 estrellas está claro, aceptable , todo depende de lo acostumbrado q estés, el baño muy pequeño, pero buenas vistas, el personal super agradable, piscina bien , bufett saludable, comunicación muchas cuestas!! Pero de eso se trata de hacer ejercicio, aparcamiento no hay pero no es difícil aparcar, bueno q en definitiva el mal sabor de boca con el hotel al llegar y ver q era más viejo de lo q se veía en las fotos, lo compenso con creces el personal y el buen ambiente q se respiraba .

Nur zu empfehlen
Man benötigt schon ein Auto, um herumzukommen. Ein Strand ist nicht wirklich zu Fuß zu erreichen - über einen Wanderweg an der Küste entlang dauert es je nach Route 45 Minuten. Der Pool ist wunderschön, die gesamte Anlage wirklich gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch nach über zehn Tagen nicht langweilig und wenn man zu müde für den Bus oder die Fahrt nach Puerto ist, ist das Abendessen auch absolut okay.

Superbe hôtel et réception au top
Receptionniste particulièrement aimable et arrangeant comme tout le personnel.Buffet varié et copieux .Pour le diner parfois un peu trop cuit à notre goût .Chambre agréable et spatieuse, bien équipée si on veut se faire à manger .Très tranquille et silencieux ,il est vrai qu il n 'etait pas plein. Très propre et précautions anti covid bien appliquées .

Koselig opphold
Hotellet var rent og pent. Bassenget og treningsrommet var top. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige. Wifi var inkludert i rommet men, opplevde det som meget ustabilt. Noe som var dumt da jeg er avhengig av det for å kunne jobbe.

Hotel quasi refait à neuf mais surtout avec un très bon concept. Hotel qui s'adresse aux gens actifs pratiquant les activités de pleine nature. L'accueil et le service sont chaleureux et irréprochables et les employés sont à l'écoute et de très bon conseil. L'hotel et les chambres sont très propres. Le ménage effectué tous les jours est vraiment bien réalisé. Le restaurant buffet est vraiment pas mal pour 13 euros par adulte. Surtout il ne propose pas des plats à profusion. Le choix est restreint mais la qualité est au rendez vous. De très bons restaurants se trouvent à proximité (exple : La Finca). La piscine est simple mais grande et pratique avec de jeunes enfants (max 1.40 m de profondeur). L'hotel est très bien situé sur la cote nord pour ceux qui veulent visiter les monts Anaga, la parc natinal du Teide, le massif du Teno et les villes de La Lugana, La Orotava et Puerto Cruz. Le seul point négatif est qu'il y a très peu de chambre avec vue sur l'océan. Nous en avions une et ca valait vraiment le supplément de prix payé.

Appartements rénovés et très propres. Nous avions pris le 1er tarif cycling.c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Le seul inconvénient, ces appart sont au rez de chaussée et manquent d'ensoleillement. Je pense que les tarifs supérieurs sont mieux placés. Piscine sympathique à 20.5° pour fin février. Salle de sport super équipée. Buffet avec peu de choix mais très bon. Un peu mieux pour le petit déjeuner. Établissement attentif au respect de la nature. Véhicule impératif car endroit un peu isolé.

Leider wurde die Reinigung sehr unzufriedenstellend durchgeführt. Es wurden lediglich die Abfalleimer ausgeleert und die Betten gemacht. Ich bin mir nicht einmal sicher ob die Betten frisch bezogen wurden oder einfach nur wieder gerichtet wurden. Es wurde weder der Boden gereinigt, gesaugt oder gewischt noch die Küchenzeile geputzt und auch das Spülbecken nicht sauber gemacht. Das finde ich einen sehr schlechten Service. Nach ein paar Tagen sammelt sich einfach Dreck, Haare, Sand, etc. an und ich möchte nicht eine Woche lang in dem Dreck hausen! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Abendessen war leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir haben nie dort gegessen, aber immer geschaut, was es gibt und es gab immer nur ein Fischgericht und ein Fleischgericht. Hör war ich etwas enttäuscht von der Auswahl, deshalb haben wir immer auswärts gegessen. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns immer weiter geholfen. Die Matratzen sind leider viel zu hart, hier bekommt man Rückenschmerzen und auch die Kissen sind steinhart und sehr unbequem. Also mit erholsamen Schlaf hat das nicht viel zu tun! Die Kissen und die Matratzen sollten ausgetauscht werden! Wir waren im Block „D“, hatten leider somit keine Sonne auf unserem Balkon und fast jeden Morgen um !!!5:30 Uhr!!! wurde vor unserem Schlafzimmer die Glascontainer geleert!! Das geht gar nicht! Man ist im Urlaub und möchte sich erholen & nicht schon früh um 5:30 von diesem Lärm aus dem Bett gehauen werden!

Uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Geen luxehotel maar wel alles wat je nodig hebt om tot rust te komen. Vlakbij een wandelpad met mooi zicht op de oceaan. Vrij uitgebreid buffet bij het ontbijt en ook 's avonds. Wij eten veganistisch en zonder gluten, en de kok heeft voor ons extra moeite gedaan om iets te voorzien, waarvoor dank! De kamers mogen wel wat beter akoestisch geïsoleerd worden. Nu hoor je vrij veel geluid van de gang of van andere kamers, maar dat was voor ons geen zwaar punt. 's Nachts is het stil.

Hotel tres agréable. Très propre. Personnel très agréable. Belle piscine, beaux jardins. Excellent petit déjeuner et dîner. Hôtel avec un tourisme tourné vers les randonnées ou autres activités sportives. Qualitatif. Bien plus agréable que ces grands hôtels du sud.

La estancia ha sido buena en general , todo limpio y tranquilo , lo único a destacar es que hace mucho calor , no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores !!!

Fijne ambiance, rustig en omgeven door een mooie, goed onderhouden tuin. Personeel is bijzonder aardig en zeer behulpzaam. Ontbijt is gevarieerd en erg smakelijk. Ik kijk terug op een heerlijke week.

Unser Urlaub im Route Active Hotel war fabelhaft. Insbesondere Service wird dort sehr groß geschrieben! Nach unserem Unfall war das Hotelpersonal überaus bemüht uns mit den Behörden zu helfen und hat uns unseren weiteren Aufenthalt durch Nettigkeiten auf unserem Zimmer etc. deutlich angenehm gestaltet. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag sehr frisch und lecker und die Zimmer waren neu und sehr ordentlich/sauber. Das Gelände ist ebenso sehr schön. Das Personal können wir gar nicht oft genug loben. Auch Aktivitäten und Ausflugsziele wurden mit jedem Gast, der danach fragte, besprochen und das Hotel hat sich sofort um Buchungen etc. gekümmert. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen.
