We think this hotel must have memories of better times. The service was good, and the beds were comfortable, but the sofa in the apartment was hard to figure out how to sit on! :-) It's actually a sofa bed, but when you don't need one and want to sit and watch TV, you can't lean back or find a comfortable position. The apartment was clean, but there were a lot of tiny flies in the bathroom.

The check in was easy and friendly but we booked for a family and only two beds were made up. We were given extra sheets but the pull out bed that was supposed to be there wasn’t there so we had to sleep a family of 4 in 3 beds as they said there was nothing they could do.

The rooms are very cold the quilts under the linen had yellow stains everywhere same with the mattresses there also so uncomfy there all dipped in the middle atleast 20years old u have to pay a deposit for everything even a Tv remote just a joke so overall absolutely never again and I’m glad I only stayed 1 night anymore than that I would have been needing a back brace and some sort of vaccination don’t do it

TV remote has no additional cost, you simply have to leave a deposit of 10 EUR that you will get back once the item is returned, so we can confirm that our TV Option is 100% free. The apartments are quite tired but good enough. Kitchen equipment is minimal, beds and linen clean-ish, pool is good but lifeguards are emotionless and strict. Pretty good location

Had a twin room, which was like Compact studio. Limited toiletries, kettle in the room didn work but was ok with stove Was great to check-in early, but room was dirty floors as not cleaned for days Lift was taking hours to get to the floor

Very good recommendation, lively pool area a lot of stag/hen/birthday groups which was fine for us. The pool bar was a great standard and priced very reasonably with a good selection. Special shout out for the bar man who was really good to us all week. Would stay again

On arrival checking in was easy with friendly, helpful staff. Once in the studio was basic and clean which is what we wanted. We had to wash utensils and kitchen equipment as dirty and greasy but other than that we had a lovely stay. The cleaning staff came round on a daily basis with clean towels etc. They were all really friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend oro blanco to friends and family. If your looking for somewhere basic. Price for 12 night stay was reasonable for what we wanted. Checking out was fast with returned deposits etc and friendly helpful staff. Some noise of a night from inconsiderate customers but had a lovely stay and would stay again.

Hotel was as expected for price. In good location to strip a 10 min walk. Good pool with plenty of sun loungers we had a apartment on 1st floors facings the road it was huge with huge balcony. I read reviews before hand about people saying they could here noise from strip at night time but it was fine.

Stayed at this hotel for a golf holiday with A few of the boys . Was a bit concerned With only being 2 star . I was very happy With the standard of the hotel . Staff were Outstanding. Definitely go back next time in Tenerife for a golf break

Apartments could do with some TLC. Pool bar staff could do with some manners, tend to ignore you, no please/thankyou quite ignorant. Check in was quick and we were kept informed of our return shuttle bus. Maids were very present and helpful
