Good location, clean and great roof top bar and pool. Narrow inconvenient basement parking. Hotel’s employee did minimum effort to explain how to access the parking. Next day we use a public parking at 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Ask them multiple times to fix the TV they said they would and still didn’t do anything about it but overall the hotel is nice but quite far out from all of the lively areas.

Hotel is in the heart of all that Santa Cruz de Tenerife has to offer. Check in was a breeze. Parking was really tight though. Rooms were just the right size and the hotel as a fun rooftop bar.

Very centrally located & modern feel. Lush accents and eye for detail & design. Comfortable bathroom & amazing bed. Since we were located towards the inner court we heard the rooftop party till late but that stops at an expected time.

Very nice stylish calm relaxing and clean hotel located in the center of the city! Very welcoming professional stuff that I recommend for food drink and hospitality! In the beautiful top floor with the swimming pool you can enjoy an amazing aperitif, eat great food and spend a great evening! I recommend it for anyone who wants a healthy and relaxing holiday! Nice hotel and staff. Clean room and beautiful rooftop area. Although small gym poorly equipped with a plug in the middle of the room where you could easily trip over. Doors shut loudly, it should be easy to fix.

Clean modern hotel in a central location in Santa Cruz. Can’t fault the rooms, cleanliness, location or the breakfast. Where they fell short was the service. The service is polite, but very slow. Although 2 staff were at check-in desks, only one was working. It took a long time to check us in as there was a short queue and the service was slow. This wasn't great as we were already tired after a very early start setting off from London, especially for my kids. When I asked the second lady if she could help us check in, she said she wasn’t working and that we had to wait for her colleague to become available. This is pretty unusual for a 4-star hotel. Also, the bar on the roof terrace where the splash pool is doesn’t open until 1pm and there are no food or snacks on offer outside of lunch hours. Considering the pool is open it’d be great to be able to order drinks and snacks. Overall a really good hotel that can do much better if they improve service levels.

This was a nice hotel! Clean and fresh looking rooms, good breakfast, very friendly and personable staff. While it was difficult to park even a small a car in their underground garage, it is possible and that was the only minor drawback to this place. Would stay here again for sure!

Early morning arrival
We arrived early after getting off the cruise ship, we had asked for an early check it, but they were full, so we had breakfast and then sat up on the rooftop. We got a room at 2pm, which was a long wait for such a small hotel. Also the bar upstairs didn’t open until 1.30pm. Nice comfortable hotel with great access with the city.

A good new hotel in the center.
A good new hotel, clean but small rooms. Great location. A bit noisy in the evening. Paid parking is extremely challenging to use, both its location and size.

This is a lovely hotel that is typical of the AC by Marriott brand. There is a lovely roof terrace and pool. However, drivers beware that the hotel's car park is unavailable to guests as it is "too small" according the hotel's staff and they recommend you park 800 meters away from the hotel.

City Centre Hotel
Lovely hotel with great service and English peaking staff in the centre of Santa Cruz. Could not ask for a better location. The only grumble I have is that two paper cups placed out for self-service tea/coffee in my room were dirty. They both had traces of a dark liquid (chocolate or coffee) in them and one had a pubic hair, which is disgusting. Also, housekeeping only emptied the bin once in three days.

Great Business Stay
The hotel was very well located for my stay. Staff were very friendly. Roof top bar and restaurant were excellent; the octopus and hamburger were fantastic! My only complaint was that it took over 30mins in the checkout line as there was only one staff member - there should be a fast check-in option. I was late to my meeting because of this.
