A special note of gratitude goes to the owner, Erhan, for preserving such a beautiful tradition of hospitality. Equally remarkable is the six-year-old General Manager, Evrim, who brings unmatched charm, energy, and joy to the entire place! ☺️ We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Simge; our brilliant receptionist, attentive server, meticulous housekeeper, and, most importantly, the expert in charge of making sure my scotch always had the perfect big ice. Her versatility, warmth, and bright smile elevated our stay every single day. If you are visiting Bozcaada and looking for authentic heritage, wonderful people, and an exceptional atmosphere, Ada Olympos Hotel is the absolute best choice.
