"Das Hotel ist eine Perle, klein, aber sehr fein und das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend! Man fühlt sich rundherum willkommen und es wird versucht, jedem Wunsch zu entsprechen! Lediglich bei unserer Zimmerkategorie muss ich Abstriche machen. Es war nur mehr ein Standard-Zimmer buchbar, was ich nicht wieder tun würde, da man kein Fenster öffnen kann und zwangsläufig auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen ist. "Excellent emplacement pour Benalmadena. Belle vue du balcon sur la plage, le port et le jardin. Près de tout. Très belle suite haut de gamme avec robes de chambre, etc… belle terrasse et belle cuisine équipée. Bon resto sur place avec service aux chambres. Très satisfait"

"The entrance and lobby at this hotel are simply gorgeous, a real attention to detail makes this a welcoming environment. The rooms are spacious and clean, and although the balconies are small, they do provide a lovely view. The solarium area and sunbathing spaces are ample and both pools were refreshing. The pool bar has lots of options and a nice food menu. Overall, having stayed in 5 or 6 hotels in the vicinity, Hotel Alay has proved to be my favourite and actually great value for money...
