"The entire experience at the Summerwood Inn was amazing! We were there for our daughter's graduation in San Luis Obispo, and it was such a peaceful contrast to the graduation hoopla. Highly recommend this wonderful place. And the wine is great too! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome."

"This Motel really exceeded our expectations. It is a super cute property and the room was adorably decorated. I loved hanging out in the hammock first thing in the morning when it was still cool outside, and by the fire pit in the evening when the temperatures dropped as well. The pool area was amazing - no shortage of very comfortable seating with access to the bar and restaurant - so nice that it is restricted to 21 and older! "This was our first time staying at Hampton Inn, and we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a nice variety of options, including eggs, sausage and bacon, a waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, and bread. "Great stay! Accommodating staff and clean property. The only draw back is the price, it is out of control."

"The tv did not work and the thermostat did not work. We complained the first night and the staff said they would take care of the complaints. That. Ever happened. Even on check out we asked for a partial credit. We have not heard a thing. Would not recommend this place. Not even coffee in the lobby."

"Parking was okay. Didn’t seem like there were enough spots for how many rooms there were, but we didn’t have a problem finding a space. Felt safe. Quiet. Only complaints are lack of dresser or space to put things and the tv was terrible. Very few channels and not intuitive. "

"Stayed in a room overlooking the ocean and it was wonderful. You can open the window and hear the waves coming in and watch the surfers. Having breakfast delivered to your room in the morning was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was clean and looked newly renovated. There is a fire pit on the property and it’s right in Moonstone Drive across from the walking path that runs the length of Moonstone along the ocean. It’s beautiful."
