Reklamationen wurden umgehend behoben.Der Zimmerservice schwankte von gut bis dürftig. Das Frühstücksangebot entsprach nicht dem Preisniveau - kaum wechselndes, mitunter eingeschränktes Angebot. Die Lage des Hotels sowie die Ruhe sind excellent.

"Reception does not speak anything except German, when they are actually there, which is very limited. Rooms are hot, no fans or air-conditioning. Tiniest mini fridge I have ever seen. No option for ice or icebucket to cool down. No food or kitchen. If you are on a wheelchair you have to use steps to enter hotel"
