"Overall property was pretty good for a lower end priced place. Hotel did have some odd policies and lack of knowledge on the computer system. Also they only clean the room and such every 11 days. We were there 8 nights. Room was never cleaned bed made…. Each day we had to take towels to the front desk and exchange for new ones. Even thou a deposit was out in a credit card we were not allowed to room charge bottles of water and such. They also didn’t take cash. They wanted to do a separate credit card charge for each bottle of water, snack…. We went to the gas station instead. Employee at check in didn’t know how to charge deposit. When she sent manager a message to find out manager didn’t want to be bothered. I was told to come to desk at 11 pm when next employee arrived. I stood there for approx 10 mins and no employee was there. "
