"Rooms are a little run down, carpet in rooms could use shampooing to freshen-up scent in room, and for cleanliness...especially if pets were in the room. I've stayed here many times, and when it was the Ramada Inn. Also little couches and lounge chairs in rooms need to be cleaned and freshened between guests..Overall nice place. "

"Great property with the exclusion of the room next door partying until 4am! I guess you get that in hotels, thin walls but we loved the staff and would definitely come back again. "

"I love how clean it is! When I stay at hotels/motels, I do my own cleaning and wiping. I know how clean the room is by how much dirt I find on the disinfectant wipe. I’ve been some places where it has taken me an hour to make sure a table or chair that I know I’ll be using often is fully clean without dirt. At this Best Western, these items are always clean!"
