I love how clean it is! When I stay at hotels/motels, I do my own cleaning and wiping. I know how clean the room is by how much dirt I find on the disinfectant wipe. I’ve been some places where it has taken me an hour to make sure a table or chair that I know I’ll be using often is fully clean without dirt. At this Best Western, these items are always clean!

Hotel was average. The pictures make the property seem much nicer. One thing I didn’t like are the walls in the rooms. You can hear everything. It also smelled like weed. But we were probably just unlucky and had those kinds of neighbors. Lady at the front desk was very friendly though!

It was okay. The room was okay. The website and pictures were misleading on how clean it looked. There were red spots on the bathroom walls hair on the ceiling no hand soap provided. I didn’t like that it was right next to a busy road since the hotel rooms are on the outside. The microwave didn’t work properly. So I won’t be staying here again. Thank you

Got in late from working in orange county to visit a friend. Absolutely regretted going to Temecula instead of staying in OC. Had to wait 40 minutes for the front desk associate to show up and was finally able to check in at 12:30 am. Got into the room and it smelled like pickle juice and a homeless encampment. Asked to transfer rooms and was denied and the desk gave me air fresheners that didn’t help. Couldn’t eat or sleep or hardly breathe because of the smell and it was too late to go to another hotel. I was then woken up at 8 am by the screaming housekeepers that were literally right next to each other as well as handyman hammering something upstairs. Must’ve been the shower because the pipes sounded like they were going to erupt from the walls. Pretty sad to pay $350 when I should’ve gone to the motel 6 or rancho cal inn.

this place was downright scary. I couldn't fall asleep because there were so many weird noises and sketchy people on the property. finally fell asleep only to be awakened by someone knocking on the next door - it sounded like ours, but someone answered the door. when we got settled in for the night we turned on the tv. it didn't work. called the front desk and the only solution was to switch rooms. since we were already in bed that wasn't an option. super disappointed in it. thought we could trust the best western brand. not so.

The place was dirty and when we came back to our room our door was open. Staff upfront seemed to not care. The room smelled like weed carpet was wet and we had to move rooms.

Property requires a non refundable $100 deposit without a receipt showing the deposit. Wifi doesn't work. TV doesn't work. Yelling and screaming from the room next door. Can't sleep. Absolutely the worst experience from Best Western. I'd expect higher quality for the cost. If I knew it was going to be this bad, I would have slept in my car.
