Friendly staff
The friendly staff welcoming you with smile and very quick check in. They greet you everytime they see you. Room was ok, very good.

Bad experience for a nice hotel
As for the hotel it's presentation on the outlook is good but when in the room it's not that pleasant where power plug is shortage, water pressure is too low, the aircond is too small for such a big room and it doesn't have much air output from it and the mattress when you sleep on you can feel the coiled spring thus reducing comfort and makes me feels very tiring the whole day whereas I can't sleep due to all the above.
