"We had a executive penthouse apartment. It was very good inside with quality fittings and really big . I'm not sure it had been checked properly as there was no hairdryer, no sheet for sofa bed , batteries missing from remote control for blinds , and broken coffee maker. All were resolved eventually but had to make several trips to reception until they were delivered !
We had three balconies facing different directions which was lovely but all of them needed alot of tlc . Loads of weeds in fake patched grass . No cushions for wooden bench seat ( asked 4 times !) mismatch of random chairs and table . There was also no view other than roof tops as not on the top floor . We did mention several times and our complaints were supposed to be passed to manager but not sure they were. So although apartment was lovely the outside areas were definitely not executive penthouse and the views or furniture nothing like photos.
Loads of places to eat close by but it is about 10 mins walk to nearest public transport which gets quite far when doing it at least twice a day."
