"We have previously stayed up in room 8 at the top of the property where it has been a lot quieter . This stay we were facing the outside of the seating area where we were not able to sleep because of chatting till 02-30 . This was on the Friday night 22/5/26. Bathroom not cleaned properly scum marks in bath and sink. Bath took along time to drain after a shower and all dirty particles in bath after eventually draining . I like the Swan Tap but was disappointed this time ."

"We booked the Dinney B&B due to its close proximity to the Astbury Golf Resort, where we were attending a wedding reception. We visited the Dinney early, to work out the logistics and chanced to meet Keith the owner. He allowed us to drop our bags in our room, gave us our keys and assured us that we could leave our car at the Astbury, walk back and he'd sort a lift back the next day - now that's excellent customer service! The room was comfortable and clean, with a good ensuite shower room....

"Our room was clean and comfy The staff could not do enough for you they were all very friendly and happy, we ate at the yak and yeti three nights in a row as the food was absolutely delicious the flavours were out of this world there was alot of choice on the menu too, they had a really nice sun terrace to enjoy a drink, food or just to chill, they had a car park for the duration of your stay Breakfast was a full english which i can honestly say kept you full until your evening meal , we did...
