Good location lousy services

There was a lingering musty smell out of the cabinets. The internet was working off and on mostly off. Towells and room cleaning was provided every other day or three days. the building is old and can use paint and the furniture is torn up. The location is great, right in the middle of best part of Tel Aviv.

Very bad hotel

Hotel was in stinking condition, I repeatedly asked for pans and pots, but they were in bad condition and no supplies to clean either. I asked for shaving kit and tooth brush but no one responded to my message and when I came to hotel it was in horrible condition. Could not even cook my food that night. Plates were ugly as well. Do not Recommend this place to anyone

Впечатление не однозначное

Были 5 дней в октябре-ноябре 2016. Номер-студио с балконом. Находится на перекрестке оживленной улицы, как нам показалось из-за этого было очень шумно. Номера старые, при заселении было чисто. Но, как сообщается в отеле, уборка каждые 3 дня, так вот мы там были 5 дней и никакой уборки у нас не было. Про хозяина все пишут правильно- до гостей ему все равно. Через 2 дня у нас выключился интернет с хорошим приемом (в отеле несколько точек доступа и в зависимости от этажа принимает хорошо только одна) мы хозяину об этом говорили неоднократно, он нас уверял что сделал все возможное, но ничего не изменилось. Вынуждены были ловить интернет в коридоре, чтобы поговорить по телефону. Месторасположение хорошее- рядом куча магазинов, обменник с хорошим курсом, до моря пешком максимум 5 минут. Не могу уверенно порекомендовать этот отель, в принципе не плохо, но и не супер!

COULD BE CLEANER

The hotel is dirty. If it was cleaner and better entertained, it would be great, but unfotunately it is discusting. They only give 3 towels per 3 days. The room is cleaned every 3 days only... On top of it, the airconditioner was very cold and we could not reduced it. And it was leaking. We had a bucket and mop in the entrance of the room for 3 days. When we called service to help us control the temperature, the guys puts the heater on where outside its 30 degrees, how stupid can you be. Finally, they fixed it 3 days after our arrival. Otherwise the location is great and the terrace is the best part of this room.

Nice location, nothing more

Shabby apartment with uncomfortable beds, but close to the beach, big blacony, and decently priced. The information sent out via e-mail was incorrect, but when calling the staff was very helpful. Feel free to stay here, but don't expect too much.

L appartement est spacieux avec une cuisine équipée .le frigo ne fonctionne pas bien.Les lits des enfants sont un matelas à même le sol et un canapé peu attirant.Le nettoyage des sanitaires est déplorable. Il manque de la vaisselle, il y a des cafards.La femme de chambre ne passe que deux fois par semaine et il faut la harceler pour qu elle change les serviettes. Il n y a rien pour laver et étendre le linge.Je deconseille cet appartement. C'est dommage car il est bien situé dans une résidence rénovée mais mal. On se moque des touristes géré

לא נחזור ובוודאי שלא נמליץ

מידה בהזמנה לא מספיק וסותר אצמו. לאחרי קבלת מייל אישור הזמנה התקשרתי לטלפון המוצג לבדוק שעה הגעה. ענתה לי גברת מאוד נחמדה שאמרה שיש משהו בקבלה 24 שעות (לא לפי מה שכתוב בדף שלהם). הודעתי שנגיעה מאוחר בלילה (קרובי משפחה שלי נחתו רק ב9 בערב). למחורת, יום ראשון של שחיה בבית דירות, קיבלתי מייל עם קודים לכניסה וקבלת מפתח (שונים מסמס שקיבלתי יום קודם, אחרי קבלת הזמנה). קודים ממייל עבדו. ידית כניסה היתה לא תקינה (מתפרקת). ארונות מתבח מתפרקים. מקרר היה מחוץ לחשמל כאשר הגענו, לקח לו כל לילי להתחיל לקרר. איש קשר מאאאווודדד לא מנומס ותוקפני בשיחות טלפון, אמר שישלח משהו שיתקן ידיד ולא עשה זאת. הרגשה של בית מתפרק, אבל הכל מאוד נקי. מיקום מעולה, קצת בעיה מבחינת חניה.

מלון נקי ונעים.

היה מצוין.המלון היה נעים ונקי. הפריע לי שבאתר היה נקוב מחיר ולא צויין שזה ללא מע"מ לכן כשהגעתי נוככתי שעלי לשלם 200 ש"ח יותר.גם לא קיבלתי חשבונית למרות שביקשתי.

פשוט וטוב!

המיקום נפלא למי שמחפש פשטות. סופרמרקט נהדר מתחת לבנין. מאור שעובד שם קיבל אותנו במאור עיניים. החדרים ממוצעים, למי שמחפש מקום נוח ולא מלון בוטיק, אלא מקום נעים בו כבסיס לשהות בתל אביב - זה המקום!

En meget centralt beliggende lejlighed

Yarden Sea Side Apartments er beliggende meget centralt i Tel Aviv nær ved den dejlige strand, men i et meget trafikeret vejkryds. Vi har fået det vi har betalt for og administratoren var meget venlig og hjælpsom med mange ting. Vi har været glade for opholdet og vil gerne tilbage hertil igen på et senere tidspunkt.

Excellent place!

I only stay for one night but it was enough to know that I will be going back! The apartment was great, one block away from the beach ( I could see the ocean from my balcony). I received an email with instructions how to get my keys upon arrival and later that evening a friendly man brought my receipt and arranged a taxi to the airport. The apartment was clean, sunny for all the windows and big enough for the 5 of us. There is a market down below with everything you need to make dinner and shops all around.

Worse Experience - The Hotel is a Fraud

The worse hotel experience. We (a family of 4) arrived Tel Aviv 10pm , only to receive an email from the hotel that the front desk closes 4pm and with a code to open the front entrance. On getting to the hotel we met the front door open, the reception area looked like a construction zone with dirt and dust all around. The stirs had to light, it was dark and we could hear loud and drunk voices coming from the first landing. I couldn't take the risk of going upstirs with my family we had to go and look for another hotel to stay the night which was a very expensive but worthwhile action.
