Great and cozy studio for 2 adults. Property is not as renovated as it look in the pictures, however location is perfect - only 2 blocks from the beach, great restaurants, very close from Carmel market. Jorden made a wonderful job with all communication and she even help us to print our boarding passes and PCR testings before our departure. Thanks for making us feel at home

Communication was really good, they really cared if everything is OK. For example, I've came late, had to pick up keys by myself and they've made sure do I got keys, do I get in, are everything OK etc.

Great location - good apartment
First off - the location is fantastic. Close to Bograshov beach, next to a supermarket and easy access to taxis/Public transport. Check in was straightforward and hassle free. The bathroom was a bit dated but it was in line with what's on offer around most Tel Aviv. I particularly liked the attention to detail around what was made available in the apartment ( especially scented candles in the kitchen drawer!) I would happily reccomend this company and the apartment ( Ben Yehuda 31)

Worst experience ever.
TelAviving is the worst hotel experience i have ever had. The manager was unreachable and rude. Didnt care at all. The place was a dump. We left early. Do not stay here.

This place could be wonderful!! It is very good located,is big enough for 2 people...but it needs TLC urgently! The windows,walls are super dirty, the curtains are stained,the shower is terrible,the bathroom door was broken,the bed made so much noise I found myself sleeping on the sofa bed. All of it needs cleaning,painting,mopping! In general,the building is on a very bad state.

Perfect location but less than perfect unit.
The location was perfect, very close to Dizengoff Square. However, the studio unit was tiny and stuffy; the overhead fan didn’t work (although the air conditioner did); there were no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom; no closet, hooks or anywhere to hang clothes; no coffee maker; and, apart from liquid soap in the bathroom, no toiletries were provided.

Everything very new; Bed new and all clean. Amenities weak- No plates, real cups, silverware, pots-; maybe so new, but personally don’t like to be ‘guini pig’. Israeli washing machines are all in Hebrew and hard to wash clothes. (Confusing).

This apartment is in a prime location, near the beach, the market, a short walk to Jaffa, shopping and the center of the city. It is spacious and well-laid out.

Great place. Manager checked up on me to make sure everything was good. Was set up with a good studio near dizengoff center, so I was near tons of restaurants, the beach, a mall and the main bus lines. Great location and had an excellent stay. Definitely recommend

An old flat near the Tel-Aviv beach
This was an old apartment in an old building that needed a renovation. In addition to the listed price they also required payment of a cleaning fee upon arrival. This required some effort on my part as I needed to call them to arrange time when the fee would be collected. It was was fast - a guy came at the pre-specified time and I was able to pay with my credit card. Still the payment procedure needs a better organization as well as the check-in process itself as it also required several calls on my part. When I arrived I discovered a rubbish left from the previous guest in the rubbish bin. Had the apartment been actually cleaned? The washing basin in the bath room was really small. I had never seen such a small basin before. It was inconvenient to use. The conditioner though worked fine. There was only one hanger in the wardrobe. I expected at least four. Wi-fi did not work at some times. The apartment is in good area near the beach and my stay was overall good.

I had a bit of an issue with the first property initially but the owner gave me a free upgrade to a much better property in Ben Yehuda. It was a good location, near the beach and many eateries that are open even on Sabbath.

Poor value for quality
Nice and safe location (HaKovshim 22), close to beach. However bedsheets with holes and tough pillows. Thin walls and we could hear cats noice at night. Windows don’t have Mosquitos protection, so we could not open the windows, thus was hot at night. Also a huge bug was in the room when we arrived.

Tel Aviving Apartments make Tel Aviv easy
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in calling for a taxi to and from the airport. The location is amazing; very close to the beach. The rooms are affordable, especially in that they are close to so much to do and see.

Misleading Information, would not return
The photo might have been taken 20 years ago but it is nothing like it, no mattress or pillow protectors, can feel springs in mattress, filthy shower, not spacious like picture, over rated by one star. Cold shower as not told to put timer for hot water on each day.

Worst aspect of our trip
First off - the address shown on Hotels.com is NOT the correct one. You look at one address and then when you finish your booking you get a different random one - apparently from a pool of apartments they have. The apartment was dirty - we had 3 towels, 2 of which completely dirty. No hand towel. Bed sheets and blanket was dirty. There were beard trimmings on the bathroom sink. Shower was small, and if you tried to use a moderately strong stream, the water just poured out of the shower. 3 different people knocked on the door while we were there, two of them at around 11pm, asking for someone who apparently lived there before we did. The TV hadn't worked for a couple of days and showed a menu in Russian (??) and half of its menu didn't work. The repairman tried to enter the apartment one day at noon, without knocking or contacting us before or anything. Just tried to open the door, which was luckily locked. Unfortunately I can NOT recommend this under any circumstances. The only good thing was the manager who seemed like he was trying to help, but that didn't change anything.

Run down but with a garden and close to the beach
We got to the apartment and the landlord was there to meet us and charge us a $50 cleaning fee that hadn't been agreed upon. We were not given the studio we saw on the pictures at the time of the booking. There's no cleaning utensils in the studio but an old sponge for the dishes. No broom, no mop, no scoop. Apartment is OK but run down, which is a shame because it could be an amazing place if it was properly looked after and decorated. The furniture was not very comfortable and plugs were hanging out from the walls with loads of cables and wires visible. The bed is on a mezzanine with a ladder to get to and a bed that was smaller than the mattress. It had a wooden railing nailed to the mezzanine that seemed quite flimsy and wouldn't stop a person from falling down. We stayed in this property in September, with temps outside ranging 30º-38ºC, and sleeping was hard, since the fans and the air conditioning were too loud to sleep comfortably and without them it's just too hot to sleep. It has a spacious and nice garden (and 2-3 cats), but also not well looked after. We missed a barbecue. Bathroom was pretty small but the shower was great. Our plane was late in the afternoon and the landlord let us stay until 5PM free of charge. Landlord was quite helpful about any enquiries and very easy to contact.

Excellent Stay
Excellent location- the room was very self sufficient. I could make a proper dinner from the kitchenette. Every utensil was available. The Bedsheets and bathroom was very clean. Heck the fridge, microwave and little oven provided was clean inside too. Many small grocery shops around. The City centre is literally 10 mins walk away. The beach is 1 min walk away. The owner of the place gave me his phone number - I texted him a few times to ask about things around. He was very good in replying to my questions. The room was perfect size. Kind of like a normal sized bedroom with a sink and ensuite. I was alone. Next time I am in TelAviv- I see myself coming to the same place. Better than a hotel anytime.

It was a shock to walk into our apartment, degrading my low quality room with old tiles on the floor and dirty ceiling. The toilet was not fully attached to the floor and wabbled. The air conditioning and wifi were good but the room itself made you feel like you were in a third world country. From my understanding some apartment in the complex are better but ours should have been half the price of what we paid, it was worse than most hostels in the area.

It was an absolutly great stay in TA! We got an upgrade to a bigger appartment. The appartment was closed to beach (5 min walk) and in a walkable distance to anything else in TA. The appartment had everything that you would need - WiFi, washer and dryer, full equiped kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with managment was very easy and prompt at any time of the day. I defenitely recommend staying there.

Expedia should be ashamed to offer rooms such as this one on its site: furniture terrible and cheap, bathroom extremely small, limited hot water as can't keep electric boiler on more than 20 minutes per day; cobwebs on the ceiling, rust on the hot plate, refrigerator ancient, dining table was a card table. The one positive things was Liraz, the manager: he was courteous and fixed things as I requested, but the facilities are far below acceptable by any traveler's expectation, except for a college kid with a backpack. Expedia should refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Great location”
I really enjoyed my even though it fell mostly on hols ie shukot n shabbat - i still managed to to do stuff but not too much like take the red bus tour from tel aviv port - my plans to visit all the museums was 'scarpered' due to the timing of my visit as all were closed - i will thus time my next visit with that in mind - mostly ok !!!

Leider war es, aufgrund einer Baustelle vor dem Haus, ab 7 Uhr morgens sehr laut. Die graue Couch ist ziemlich verschmutzt und könnte eine Reinigung gut vertragen und das Bad ist mit leichtem Schimmel befallen. Die Matratze war recht hart, was aber nun mal Geschmack Sache ist. Der Kontakt per WhatsApp war hervorragend, sodass wir alles schnell besprechen konnten (Check-in / Check-out)!

Das Foto entspricht nicht der Unterkunft. Sie war zu ebener Erde, Zugang vom Hof in dem es nach Katzenurin stank. Das Zimmer sah noch akzeptabel aus, aber die Küche, in die man sogleich nach einer schäbigen Wohnungstür kam, war heruntergekommen und erst recht das Bad. Alles sehr kaputt und verbraucht. Es roch außerdem schimmlig. Der Preis war dafür unverschämt. Man versuchte ihn mit der zentralen Lage und Nähe zum Strand zu rechtfertigen und dass alles in Tel Aviv teuer sei. Es überhaupt Urlaubern anzubieten ist frech. Ich musste das Quartier zum ersten Mal ablehnen. Wir bekamen zwar ein anderes und besseres, mussten aber noch draufzahlen. Auch dort war einiges verfallen: Im Bad fielen die Fliesen ab, das Waschbecken hing schräg von der Wand, die Regale rostig, eine schäbige Badewanne, so auch in der Küche, die direkt in einem Zimmer war. Auch hier wurde der Preis mit der Lage gerechtfertigt. Wenigstens machte man wirklich sauber. Eine Schabe lief uns trotzdem über den Weg. Wir baten um eine Gegenmaßnahme. Darum wurde sich nicht wirklich gekümmert. Ich würde mich schämen, ein heruntergekommenes Bad und offene Löcher aus denen Kabel zu sehen sind, sowie einen Zweitfernseher nur als Alibi... Urlaubern anzubieten und noch eine Menge Geld zu verlangen.
