This is a good, reasonably priced place to stay in Tel Aviv. It is ten minutes walk to beautiful beaches. As Tel Aviv is centrally located in Israel it makes convenient access to the North (Acre, Ceaserea, Haifa, etc.) and to Jerusalem (45 minutes by bus). The hotel itself is fine. It's not luxurious, but the rooms are clean and tastefully (if modestly) decorated. I don't think anyone visits Israel to spend their time lying about their hotel. If like myself, you are mainly concerned about a decent place to stay as you visit Israel Sun Aviv is recommended. The staff is friendly (although not particularly informed about tourist matters) and the neighbourhood is quiet. The lovely ancient town of Jaffa is less than thirty minutes walk from the hotel. That's likely your first destination in Tel Aviv and there's an excellent tourist information centre there. They can help plan your week's travels.
Overall, for a visitor to Tel Aviv who doesn't want to break the bank, but have a clean and convenient place top stay, I can recommend Sun Aviv.
