Stay in Hertzelia

Although there were electrical outlets in the apartment, they were not accessible and could not be used. There was a strange smell in the apartment and the toilet was loose. A good point is that the air conditioning was strong but did not reach the bedroom but only the living room. The towels I received felt like they were used.

It took a while to find as the building we were in had no name but the guy came down and literally walked us in to the building. Parking was either underground or in a secure park at the front. The apartment was fabulous and we could easily have stayed a week there with everything we needed onsite. There was plenty of room for 4 people too. We were only there one night so didn't get to use any facilities which was a shame. Wifi was good, the rooms were quiet and clean and there were plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walk.

Bad choice

Don't let the pictures fool you. Dirty beds, air conditioner is filty, floor is horrible, bathroom has fongus instead of good seal. Won't be staying here again. The only pro is the location near the marina. "Hotel" itself is a scam

Do not be fooled, this is not a hotel. It is a run down apartment in an apartment building. There is nobody to talk to if you have any questions. I was very disappointed considering the price

Location is excellent with beautiful views of the ocean and shoreline. Property itself was well dine however the place is dirty. The furniture would probably be rejected by the salvation army, its old, broken in places and stained wjth all sorts of unidentified liquids. I complained to management and they promised to fix it all. They sent a cleaning crew that did not make things much better.

The location was beautiful next to the beach and Marina. The unit was spacious and clean. Good value for the price. Unfortunately our check in was not smooth. Eventually it worked out and eventually my husband was able to communicate via WhatsApp but I was getting texts and they were taking days to finally get automated like answers. That was frustrating for me. The washroom was dated but clean.

Communication nightmare

Communication was dire. All automated but they did not have my cell phone and when I tried to call them to register it, they put the phone down on me. Swimming pool was closed. Lengthy check in instructions sent to us just two hours before we arrived - very disconcerting and annoying. Could have let us know well in advance. Apartment is a basic three star level. Sheets were soiled but they replaced them quickly. Needs updating.

If you check in after 6pm it’s contactless. The emergency number provided was not monitored. We couldn’t access the secured parking garage. The number to the lock box given to us was incorrect so we couldn’t access the unit. After an hour by chance we found a helpful security guard. Shower was cold, no hot water. Bathroom ceiling poured with water all night. Terrible experience. I notified the property and have had zero response

Had to park my rental car on the street for 2 nights despite the hotel coming up in a search for "free parking". Was only able to use the carpark for 2 of the 4 days of my stay. I was visiting relatives in the Sharon region and wanted my own space, the car was key for my holiday and the hotel spoiled it by not giving me access to the carpark until 11am on the 3rd day of my booking. Im not interested in their excuses - the Hertzelia Marina is a very busy area, it isn't easy to park there - so denying me the ability to park and making impossible demands such as asking for a rental car's plate number a day and a half before its collection just won't do. I contacted them about the issue in advance, but they offered no solution. The WhatsApp chat they use has a mixture of human replies and bot answers, so at times I got irrelevant bot messages mixed into the conversation. The worst part was that while I was parked on the street they were trying to explain to me that their system, which failed me miserably, was somehow "right". They shouldn't be listed as having free parking when they have so many strings attached. The room was clean, aircon ok, the floor's washing machine worked ( I flew hand luggage only, it was an essential ). I didn't use the poole because they have sone totalitarian system that requires you to deposit your passport. The stay was very much ruined by the parking issue as I wasn't abke to cone and go during the day. I had to leave for the whole day.

Très agréable séjour

En tant que voyageur fréquent, j’appréhendais cette première expérience sans être en contact direct avec personne car tout se passe en ligne (Check-in, instructions pour récupérer la clé, questions-réponses, règlement, …). Au final, je suis très heureux d’avoir séjourné ici car tout était bien expliqué et rapidement, en plus le studio était très convenable et propre, le quartier est idéal pour profiter des moments de détente, le parking est gratuit et dans le bâtiment. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de cet établissement. Je garderai un bon souvenir de mon séjour en Israël. N.B.: j’aurais aimé avoir à disposition un fer à repasser pour défroisser mes vêtements, mais c’est pas la chose la plus importante dans un voyage.

Great view! Nice pool. This place would be totally perfect if they updated/remodeled in the room - things were not in great condition and could really use an update, especially the bathtub. I would totally be back if they did this! Again, the view of the beach was incredible...also the service was good!

Great find on the beach

This is a wonderful find. Beautiful, spacious room. Gorgeous ocean view. Beautiful pool, free parking, minutes from the beach and the Marina with restaurants and bars. I never met any staff except for the concierge who gave me the key and then a chip to get into the pool. Would definitely stay here again in summer weather.

High rise living in Herzliya

A great location - just near the start of the sandy beach that stretches for miles, south, all the way to Tel Aviv, and about 500m from the main Herzliya Marina with lots of sit outside restaurants. Terrific pool. But it is not a hotel, it is apartments that people let out. So do not expect a receptionist or a restaurant. Breakfast is either pre-packed and left outside your door, or better still, ask for a voucher and go to Cafe Cafe in the Marina for a lovely choice. Seaviews are often restricted, and the balcony was only big enough to fit two chairs and the bathroom is looking 19990's tired. Overall, though a good place to stay

The apartment hotel was situated adjacent to the beach and within 5 minutes walk of the marina. The hotel were most communicative almost every day and the key fob system worked well for the entrance, rooms and pool. The reception was with a person most days but they did not always have readily available local information on the area and transportation - this would be helpful. Overall we would say that this is a good choice to stay in Herzliya as many of the hotels are expensive and this allowed you self catering with the option of the marina for restautrants and bars.
