"We booked this hotel last minute as the one we originally booked was awful and we couldn't get away fast enough! From the moment we arrived here we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were so helpful. The reception , pools areas, and bars were all really nice, however the corridors and lifts in our block looked as if they had missed the refurb! "Truly fantastic stay, the room upgrade was a welcome surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and welcoming. The a la carte breakfast menu in the preferred area was extensive and the food was cooked to perfection everyday. Minor areas for improvement would be the location of the smoking area near the preferred outside space, it was a little too close to some of the sun beds.
