"Stayed here before my hike to Lake Barbellino. Please please PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay here, for absolutely ANYTHING Valbondione related. Rooms are extremely clean, the staff is so kind and attentive, and the food is some of the best I’ve had in all of Italy (local ingredients btw). "staying only one night but we had a really lovely welcome. a lovely feel to the place, a farmhouse held in the family and converted in 2015 - has been done with lots of care and attention. so it's modern with a great character and charm. We had super breakfast in the morning which was just what we needed before setting off on the Barina railway. Great views from the elevated garden at the rear to the mountains all around. we were also really delayed in arriving due to train cancellations, a bit of extra stress no one needs, but Andrea was quick to respond to my messages and as helpful as one could be."
