"We stayed in a swim-up bungalow. The room itself was a good size, and check-in was a nice touch with welcome prosecco and a complimentary bottle waiting in the room. The TV was not a smart TV, but the staff did provide an HDMI cable so we could stream our own content. Unfortunately, there were several shortcomings. "The location on the beach was absolutely amazing. The landscaping around the property is well kept and peaceful areas to sit and relax. You can see gorgeous sunsets sitting by the pool area in the evening. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was a perfect way to start your day. "

"Room was great, the bar and restaurant at the pools were amazing, the only issue we had was at the beach, which still wasn't bad, just seemed more over crowded and understaffed as the rest of the property. Overall it was a great stay and an amazing way to relax and have options for food, pools, or being in the Mediterranean!"

"The room was nice and faced the beach. Upon arrival we were sent sparkling wine and fruit but some the fruit had gone bad. 😞 We loved the beach area but the water sports should have snorkels and masks to rent. That was dissapointing. The Japanese restaurant was amazing. Thanks"

"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"The owner said they have stopped operating the villa since 5 years ago. We were stranded in the airport with no accommodation for a day until we manage to book another hotel. I want to request for a refund. This is ridiculous. "
