"Close to everything. Only saw staff at check in. Clean tidy rooms. Comfortable bed. Few things they could fix. Someone's food tray left in corridor from Friday to Sunday. Yougart was starting to smell. Didn't replace towels used on first nights stay so ran short of towels."
