Unpleasant experience and deceive.

This hotel claimed they have 24 hours reception, but it's not. Even in day time, many times there was no one. And there is no people can understanding and talk english. Only owner can speak it but she is not there. She never comes to hotel and even can't contact well. I think she even was not in the city. And here's unforgettable memory is, they stole my money. I had to pay for room clean but there was no paper at card machine. So I thought it wasn't paid. I paid after, and I realized it already paid when there was no paper for reciept. So I complained about that problem, that I paid two times. but owner said they checking their bank and if it checked, they will send the money to my card. And what? After back to my home, owner did't answered anything. Even before that, she offered to me that I can stay one day more because they have my money. What a thief. I waited for pay it, and I waited again for get back, but only bad feelings came. And that's all. Poor amenities, bad clean (Room and buliding is new so it looks clean but make up the room condition is not much good), even I cleaned room myself. And high ground, area is very old and in night time it looks really bad. The area look like stoped in soviet era. And they gave a wrong room at night, and I had to wait for right room until next day morning. Because there was no reception. And no pay back for that. This is hotel? No, sputid home and suckers. You'd better find any other hotel.
