"The hotel once our Sat Nav got us there was very very good. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and beautifully clean with a lovely big bathroom with a full size bath and shower. The breakfast was really lovely again really friendly helpful staff. "Beautiful grounds, fabulous refurb, rooms are spotless, loved the gorgeous decor. All staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the attention to detail, we were given a welcome drink, also there’s a seating area set up near rooms, providing sweet and savoury snacks. On checkout we were also given a leaving treat( small bag of assorted sweets). All greatly appreciated. We Definetly plan to return and would highly recommend this gorgeous boutique hotel."

"Room was clean & spacious & excellent view from my room. Plenty of tea & coffee etc & shortbread.. Pet friendly which is great. They even cooked a sausage for my dog & made a fuss of her. Was only staying one night on route, would have liked to stay longer. Staff excellent& so friendly. The drinks at the bar area are reasonable price. Only 4 mins or so walk from the train station. Wod defo stay here again. So peaceful& the back garden area has lovely views. "
