"After unpacking and taking a short nap, I discovered a bed bug. I caught it in a cup and then found another one and caught it too. I immediately packed up and went to the front counter telling them that I was leaving and would like a refund. The front desk clerk seemed indifferent and said that I could call the general manager the next morning and he would provide a refund. She didn't say I'm sorry or anything of the sort. I had to scramble to book another room at different Hotel. I spoke with the general manager the next day and he was friendly about refunding my money but never said anything along the lines of "we're sorry". I expected some accountability as anyone would. Nothing."

"The staff at this hotel was great. When we did have an issue, the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. The only downfall of this hotel are the beds, they are hard and uncomfortable."

"Everyone is very respectful, the hotel is very nicely kept and very organized. The breakfast is great. The pool and hot tub are very clean. The rooms are roomy I give it 10 out of 10!!! 10 being the Best!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The entrance and lobby were lovely and deceptive. The room was mediocre/meh at best. The outside window screen was torn halfway off. Scuffed finishes on furniture that did not match. Low quality bathroom fixtures. Finish on bathroom mirror coming off. Television lacked channels. For the price i paid I expected better."

"There were two of our bed pillows with black hairs on them...neither of us have black hair! Mold on the ceiling above the shower, understandable since there was no exhaust fan in bathroom. Even light fixture above the sink was rusted. Air conditioner only worked on high. It was quiet. Breakfast consisted of breakfast bars, apples lemon water,& coffee. The property around the hotel needs the weeds pulled!!!"

"I had to make 2 separate bookings, and wanted to merge them into one so that we didn't have to change room during our stay. That made things too complicated for the staff. Breakfast ran out of all items, except oatmeal and waffles. The room was OK, but the furniture in desperate need of upgrades. Bathroom was clean and stocked, but bedding was stained and there were sticky spots on the floor. The beds were comfortable and heat/AC easy to adjust, so we slept well (mostly because we brought our own pillows, and extra flat sheets as covers)."

"The room was very nice and exceptionally clean. I am a Housekeeping Supervisor at a Quality Inn and two mom-and-pop hotels, so I can truly appreciate a well-maintained room. Everything was clean, fresh, and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay, and I have already recommended this place to my team. Great job to the housekeeping staff for providing such a clean and comfortable room—well done! 👏"
