"Easy check in. Friendly staff."

"We booked a room with jetted tub for our anniversary. When we got there was informed they didn’t have one for us. I had booked a few weeks ahead. The pool was so cold you couldn’t stay in it. Our son and daughter in law got a room. We booked for Friday and Saturday. On Saturday they called my son and asking if they had decided to extend there stay cause they had somebody else booked for that room. Then got told they were marked as a no show. We will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn Express again! It was our 25th wedding anniversary and they were terrible."

"It was a fairly new hotel and though not luxurious, it was an okay place to sleep. I do not feel like it was worth what we paid, though. And the $100 deposit at check in to use a debit card is ridiculous. I was told it's because they have been screwed over so many times since they opened - but they were literally just built last year! Breakfast was a typical hotel meal but it wasn't bad. Just nothing spectacular."

"Nothing special. Seemed dark and smelly. Stains on pillow cases. Hairs in bathtub on arrival. No room service as I assumed in a two night stay they would make bed and exchange towels while we were away but never happened. Staff were very friendly and efficient at check in. Will not stay again as rather pay a little more and get a little more."
