Hi Brent, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by traffic noise despite our installation of whisper glass in all rooms. We appreciate your feedback regarding the mattress. It is not an "old mattress". However, we will still make sure to inspect all mattresses to ensure they meet our quality standards and provide the comfort our guests expect. Kind regards

Great location. We could park the car and walk to the cafes and restaurants. The room was a good size.

Good and clean room.Parking on site.Reached out to explain after hours check in procedure. Could have been a 5* but they did not allow me for a late check out.Will not come back for that.But place is good.

Thanks for your review, we hope you enjoyed your run. Please note that a late check out is not "as of right" just because you ask for it. We have to manage our staff, our cleaning, maintenance and other guests, all within a short turnaround time frame. As we explained to you, we had a full check in and some guests had already booked late check outs and early check ins, which is why we were unable to accommodate your last minute request. We would recommend being more organised and make your requests at booking time, or arrange another night's accommodation so that you are not disappointed when we cannot accommodate you.

It was quite noisey in the early hours of the morning - another visitor was out side on a call on speaker could just about hear word for word it was like they were in the room with us - not sound proof. Sucked when it was the one day I could sleep in!

Our rooms are all solid concrete between walls and floors and are usually very quiet, so we can only assume your bathroom window was open and the voices were carrying that way. Please feel free to "call out" anyone that is disturbing you during the night, or call us so that we can remedy the situation.

Comfortable and clean
Stayed for one weekend night. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Downsides were the road noise outside ...despite the 'whisper windows' you can still hear a hum of traffic and I didnt see the point in putting on the heat pump to drown the noise. The location is also a bit away from the Mount's main drag, but not an issue if enjoy walking or have your car.

Great location, a few minutes walk from different restaurants & bars and further along is the main strip of shops in the Mount! Friendly & helpful staff, Sky TV & Netflix! Awesome place to stay, definitely recommend.
